For three decades, Michael Faul, Jr., has appeared on behalf of clients in state and federal courts and before regulatory agencies and other governmental bodies involving a myriad of matters ranging from closely held corporate and shareholder disputes, environmental regulatory disputes and controversies with governmental agencies including the NJ NJDEP, property and land use disputes, debt collection, anti-competitive disputes involving companies and former employees, and other commercial disputes. He also handles mediation and arbitration proceedings before highly experienced and respected former Jurists who recognize his tenacity, professionalism and competence.
Mr. Faul is dedicated to and actively pursues claims of, and defends the rights of, clients in various commercial, corporate, contract and regulatory disputes and other business matters. It should be noted that some cases can be resolved through negotiation, yet other cases need to proceed to trial or arbitration. In some cases, the outcome must be defended or challenged on appeal.

Mr. Faul can bring to light any questionable language, possible areas of conflict, or gaps in contracts, policies or other business matters.
Mr. Faul also handles Chancery Matters and represents parties who are seeking or opposing equitable relief which can include injunctions and restraining orders, or actions for specific performance.
